So I've opted for the refund and it went to my Wizz account rather than my Bank account (which I originally requested for). When you get 120% credit, you have the possibility to request 100% refund either via bank transfer, or to the bank card the payment was made with (depending on your original payment method) instead of WIZZ credits. Wizzair recently cancelled our flight but since we booked via an agency refuse to give refund or credits or anything .
